Welcome to Gnomes Unlimited. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using our services.

1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of the Gnomes Unlimited website and services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Products & Order Fulfillment

All of our items are made-to-order through Printify, a print-on-demand platform that connects us with third-party print providers. Because of this:

  • All sales are final unless the item is damaged, misprinted, or defective.

  • Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or returned once they are in production.

  • Product mockups and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color, size, or placement may occur.

4. Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or offer replacements in the following situations:

  • The item is misprinted, damaged, or defective

  • The item received does not match your order

Printify handles reprints and refunds on our behalf when applicable. You may be asked to return the product, though in most cases this is not required.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Delayed shipments due to carrier issues

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printify’s global network of third-party providers.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Once an order is placed, it typically takes 2–7 business days to produce before shipping.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including designs, illustrations, text, and branding—is the property of Gnomes Unlimited and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with our website’s operation or security

  • Transmit malware or disruptive code

Violating these terms may result in termination of access to our services.

8. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time.

  • Payments are processed securely at checkout. We do not store credit card information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gnomes Unlimited is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
